Intelligence Division

IDS is a leader in the field of intelligence gathering and analysis.  Intelligence Services provided by IDS include:

• Locating Persons of Interest (Skip Tracing);
• Background Screening;
• Investigative Due Diligence;
• Competitive Intelligence Assessments;
• Asset Searches.

In undertaking intelligence inquiries IDS does not obtain any information illegally and accesses information from open sources only.  IDS intelligence analysts are experts in their field.  All telephone inquiries are conducted within the parameters of the Privacy Act.  At present, our (lawful) access to various Government and publicly available computer databases provides IDS with “the edge” on our competitors, which can be proven by the volume of files received on a daily basis from our clients, seeking information on individuals, companies and the like.

IDS is a recognised expert in this area of investigations and regularly delivers presentations and OSINT training to Government Agencies on ‘Investigative Methods & Sources” in respect to locating persons of interest and gathering intelligence.  IDS is a regular guest facilitator to the Queensland Police Service’s “Intelligence Training Program”.
