There are several Justices of Peace on the staff and an in-house lawyer which allows us to witness the swearing of Affidavits of Service. This means that we can provide a one stop service for all process serving requirements. Having a lawyer on staff also assists IDS to tailor its services to meet the needs and expectations of legal practitioners and their clients.
